Approximately 40 pounds of grass fed, pasture raised lamb…prepared how you want it! With this option, you’ll work directly with our butcher to have your lamb prepared into the cuts you want (it’s as easy as a five-minute phone call). This is the most economical way to purchase pasture-raised lamb for you and your family. You’ll need ~1.3 cubic feet of freezer space for your whole-lamb.

$6.75/# hanging weight + $120 butcher fee

The hanging weight of the lamb is the weight of the dressed carcass, usually around 50 pounds. This is the weight you pay on. The total, with the butcher fee, usually comes out to around $435.

Lamb can be picked up from the butcher (Cascade, WI), from our farm, or delivered to your door (added fee).

This $50 deposit reserves your slot for our October 2024 lamb harvest. The remaining balance will be billed upon pickup.

We serve anyone who is interested in our lamb, but we are especially close to the Fox Valley (Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Kaukauna), Green Bay, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Madison, and Milwaukee.
