Approximately 40 pounds of grass-fed, pasture-raised lamb. Leg and shoulder roasts, lamb-chops, loin chops, steaks, stew meat, and ground – an assortment of standard cuts. This is the most economical way to purchase pasture-raised lamb for you and your family. You’ll need ~1.3 cubic feet of freezer space for your whole-lamb.

$435 - flat fee - includes both frozen lamb and processing. Lamb can be picked up from the butcher (Cascade, WI), from our farm, or delivered to your door (added fee).

This $50 deposit reserves your slot for our October 2024 lamb harvest. The remaining balance will be billed upon pickup. We will reach out in September to coordinate orders.

We serve anyone who is interested in our lamb, but we are especially close to the Fox Valley (Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Kaukauna), Green Bay, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Madison, and Milwaukee.
